They have big plans to grow their business and people. As a result we are immediately looking for two senior consultants to join their team in the UK as they grow in the US and Far East.
Ideally you’ll have at least three to five years’ experience in brand, innovation or transformation, either agency or client side.
Your expertise will ideally include experience of brand strategy, change management, employer brand and EVP. Sufficient experience to impact a team that helps develop and deliver ground breaking work in brand and culture.
The role will involve research, strategy and activation around assignments in Brand (Purpose and Positioning), internal culture (culture modelling, values and behaviours), Employee Experience and Talent Attraction (EVP and employer branding) and Customer Service Experience.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll deliver highly effective strategies for their clients. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring high quality work is always delivered as well as having a role in helping to refine their working methods. They enable senior consultants to leverage the best of their knowledge and search for ways to develop themselves and their knowledge further.
You’ll be someone who:
- Recognises and understands the business problem
- Demonstrates a flexible problem solving approach, applying different learnings and experiences in fresh ways for each client project
- Constructs compelling arguments – consolidating key insights and recommendations into well -structured written and verbal presentations
- Enjoys sharing considered point of view and confidently presents strategic findings both internally and to clients
