Convince new clients that you can help to grow their brands Adapt our client’s insight tools to the US market and develop new insight tools where relevant Lead all the key insight aspects of innovation & brand strategy projects, working closely with client contacts. Director Insight : Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Significant experience of working in a successful market research agency, advertising planning department, marketing strategy consultancy or innovation consultancy. Some experience of working in US markets Could be currently working in another country, but willing to re-locate to New York, San Francisco or Chicago and have current permission to work in USA Strong academics including degree from top flight university Experience of selling, developing and fielding both qualitative and quantitative studies in Asia, including major segmentation studies (selling >$300k per annum). The ability to demonstrate delivery of brand insight strategic recommendations and business growth ideas. Highly developed presentation skills: Creating very visual project outputs and delivering presentations in an engaging and inspiring way. Sound brand awareness Project management and organisational skills Excellent communication and influencing skills The ability to think laterally and creatively Good attention to detail Experienced in working in a small team, with a start-up mindset would be also useful Please note that we will only respond to shortlisted candidates
