They have just re-launched their innovation offer and have ambitions plans to grow their innovation business. They are looking to recruit a bright, talented and ambitious innovation specialist to become a key member of their innovation team and help them realise their growth ambitions.

The kind of talent we are seeking is rare. For this reason we are keeping an open mind as to the exact level of innovation experience of the candidate we will appoint. We are looking for candidates with a passion for innovation, a great track record in innovation project delivery, charisma and an ability to genuinely delight candidates. These qualities are far more important to us than your number of years’ innovation experience.

With this in mind, our client is willing to tailor the job for the right candidate. They are, however, looking for a leader who will step up to become their skills head of innovation within a defined period of time and lead the thinking, development, and delivery of our client’s global innovation offer

We are looking for:-

Experience working as an innovation specialist within an established agency A passion for innovation and a great track record of project delivery A charismatic leader who inspires and gets the best out of clients in innovation workshops You are someone who consistently exceeds internal and external expectations and have very strong relationships with your clients You’ll be someone who is always looking for ways to improve things and have a track record of introducing new ideas to the innovation process that have made a real difference You will be looking for a real challenge All in all a unique opportunity to play a key role wihin a hugely successful agency.
