Brand Innovation Consultant
This isn’t about just being given a desk and told to get on with it, far from it. Our client has a grown up culture and you will be encouraged to play a key role in helping to develop their overall offer in addition to your main focus.
• The role combines contributing to strategic consultancy work with a particular focus on innovation work, with strong experience and enjoyment of insight generation. Key to the role will also be client and project management, and involvement in business development work.
• Usually you’ll be working with a senior consultant or partner, but taking a high degree of responsibility for the project and for the development of effective client relationships.
Strategic consultancy
• Providing consultancy inputs (research, market analysis, consumer insight, interpretation, development of recommendations) primarily within the scope of innovation, brand positioning, brand strategy, and brand development work for consumer-facing product and service brands. With a key focus on strategic planning going into our client’s design studio. • Organising, designing and contributing to workshops and analysing/presenting outputs. • Organising and conducting qualitative research elements, including conducting individual interviews, moderating research groups and analysing the output. Research moderation skills desired but not essential but need to have experience of briefing in and planning research.
Skills and experience
• To be considered for this role you will need to have significant first class broad brand consultancy and client/project management experience • Must have worked within last two years within a brand consultancy with a dedicated innovation offer and have strong creative planning skills to support the interpretation of inovation briefs into the studio.
