This is a gem of a role for a creative strategist who wants to lead a talented team of brand consultants.

Our client is a boutique brand strategy consultancy with a growing reputation for the quality of their work. Their team is made up of an eclectic group of creative strategists; united in a belief that the combination of magic and logic, strategy and creative is the key to commercial success.

They are confidently predicting continued strong demand for their unique services and wish to make a key appointment to their management team.

They have a great strategy team but they need someone more experienced to manage, grow and work alongside them.

Key responsibilities:-

Leading our client’s day-to day strategy work Growing, nurturing and coaching the existing strategy team Helping to raise our client’s profile as a serious brand strategy house with an opinion

That you can solve problems That you can articulate solutions That you love brand strategy That you can see how it can provide a platform for great creative That you want to present to clients and you enjoy the cut and thrust of debate That you can write and like writing That you have political sense – how not just to be clever but also make it easy for the client to but the right answer That you want to take on a more rounded role than just be another brand consultant and to play a key role in growing an agency That you are interested in new approaches and improving the strategy process and working culture That you want to lead a gang of other consultants and help them grow
