Managing Director – International Brand Consultancy

This is a rare opportunity for an outstanding performer to gain equity participation within an established international brand consultancy.

The role It’s a pivotal role, always varied and challenging; covering everything from managing the commercial operations, through to engaging with high profile clients and inspiring the internal team. You’ll be the lynchpin around which the company operates, helping to convert pitches, schmoozing clients, reassuring internal teams, generally directing the business on its continued path of profitable growth. You will need to have a good handle on ‘brand’ with the ability to reframe clients’ marketing problems in a clear and concise manner. You’ll also be familiar with the project basis on which our client operates and the challenges which accompany this scenario.

The person You’ll need a real interest in brands and brand development. As such it is likely that your track record will include at least some exposure to strategic brand consultancy. You’ll be someone who thrives in client situations and enjoys leading from the front. A born optimist, you’ll be passionate about new business and generally love all the client stuff. A charming presence, your personal charisma will inspire loyalty from clients and staff alike. You may already be in a senior position within one of the networks and be looking for a more entrepreneurial opportunity and a real stake and involvement in a thriving business. Alternatively you might have already made the move into a more entrepreneurial environment and be feeling frustrated by your current employer’s failure to deliver on past promises.
