You will have an intuitive feel for brands and the ability to unearth and develop new insights. We are looking for team players who can lead the internal team to the ‘big idea.’ This also involves the ability to shape the argument and insights in such a way that the creative idea feels like the natural and logical ‘answer’. You will need to be an inspiring presenter who can hold an audience and bring the ideas to life.

The sort of people we are looking for:-

Creative doers – you’ll be someone who loves to create new things. It is all very well being good at analysis and ‘research’ but we also need candidates who can move the thinking on and build exciting and inspiring creative concepts.

Great communicators – we need people that not only have big creative ideas but can also communicate them well to clients and colleagues. This also involves the ability to shape the argument and insights in such a way that the creative idea feels like the natural and logical ‘answer’.

Inspiring presenters – you’ll be confident but not arrogant, someone who can hold an audience and bring an idea to life for them.

Team players – although the creative strategist is ultimately ‘responsible’ for getting to the content of the brand idea they need to work closely with other team members in doing so.
