The holding company is a well established brand orientated business. It includes a strategic brand and research consultancy which has a core of exceptional consultants and is growing steadily. In order to boost the consultancy business further, they wish to appoint a senior operator to help grow the business to the next level. It is anticipated that in a relatively short period of time you will naturally assume the leadership of this business.

Your background is likely be either client side marketing, where you will have developed a strong understanding of brand, and / or strategic / brand consultancy. If you come from the former, then you will need to have the necessary means to develop significant new business from your client contacts. Alternatively, you may well be working within another brand orientated consultancy and be looking to receive significant equity participation in return for helping to build their business.

This is less about receiving a £200k salary and more about helping to build a business, with a view to floating it in a few years and receiving a seven figure sum in return. That’s right, we are not talking about a few share options, we are a talking about a major stake in a successful business.

You will need to be charismatic, passionate, creative and extremely astute.
