This is a really exciting opportunity for a senior level engagement practitioner to work in the engagement practices of one of the world’s leading branding agencies. The role could suit someone from either an agency or client side background. The role is London based though client projects tend to be global or pan-European businesses.

Our client is a global branding agency. As part of the overall delivery of brand strategies, our client’s brand engagement offer focuses on helping businesses bring their brand strategies and brand promises to life through their people and processes.

Ideally we would like you to have highly developed core brand engagement skills within the context of branding programmes.

Specifically you will be able to:- Define the kind of behaviour to deliver unique customer brand/customer experiences Design the tools and processes to create and support behaviour change Create internal communications strategies/processes Facilitate senior stakeholder and employee workshops Translate market and corporate research into insights

You will be working with the Head of Brand Engagement to extend the existing brand engagement capabilities and methodologies. Working with the existing team you will be involved with leading brand engagement projects within wider branding teams. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client’s brand engagement offer and capability, including developing brand engagement skills and capabilities within project teams.
