Business Development Director

Overview

Our client is an outstanding brand strategy consultancy. They have achieved healthy growth through their innovative approach to growing brands. However, they still have significant growth targets to achieve. They now wish to appoint a senior business development specialist who can meet and convert business with more senior decision makers (Marketing Director+) across all consumer sectors (e.g. fmcg, service, healthcare) through a combination of ‘push’ and ‘pull’ marketing and selling techniques.

Candidate Requirements

You will need to demonstrate proven success in selling marketing services to senior decision makers (i.e. brand consultancy, innovation, design, advertising or management consultancy). It is essential that you have an existing network of contacts which can be used without contractual restrictions. You will need to have a good understanding of growing businesses through brand development and innovation. You will be working in a team leadership role so it is essential that you can demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
