Junior Brand Consultant It’s a big claim, but in our experience of the market, perfectly true. You will be joining a fast growing, highly ambitious brand consultancy. They have achieved their unrivalled position by hiring the brightest and the best brand consultants and motivating them to perform at a very high standard.
For instance, in the last financial year all of the brand consulting team received their full bonus after 6 months and an additional full bonus 6 month later. You will be working on some of the most challenging brand orientated strategic issue, surrounded by colleagues with immense intellectual horsepower and drive. It is however, a very down to earth environment where autonomy is encouraged and career development is high on the agenda.
We’ve called them junior brand consultants, in that they are suitable for outstanding performers with some exposure to either consultancy, market research or client side marketing. You will need to have had some experience of generating big new ideas in the marketing and brand consulting space, coupled with some good solid academics; at least a 2:1 from a leading University.
What will you be doing?
Well here are a few bullet points for you…they should be read in the context of a less experienced consultant, you will be working alongside more senior colleagues, as long as you show the ability to advance, you will be fast tracked.
