In this role you will be leading a team as well as consulting. Ideally your background will include both consulting/planning and a spell client side – which will make you a very rare beast indeed.

The key is your strategic rigour, the ability to utilse both left and right brain thinking. Our clients output is more likely to be a strategic document than a piece of visually creative work. So if you are motivated by strategic rigour this may appeal.

You’ll be leading one half of the consulting team which has been hand picked to operate at the most senior level of client organisations.

It will defintely facilitate your introduction if you have some retail experience in the mix. You will be focusing on:- • brand and proposition development • communications planning • internal engagement

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate evidence of winning and delivering pure strategy, together with experience of managing a consultancy team.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required with much strategy development crafted through face to face participation with senior client teams.
