The Role The business wishes to appoint a new dynamic individual to its leadership team, with the ambition, enthusiasm and profile to help drive business growth through this critical period of development. Working closely with the senior management team, the role will have a significant impact on the business, specifically to: • Build and enhance the breadth of their offer • Build new substantial client relationships • Inspire their clients and internal team • Enhance the reputation of the business

You

You will need to be a passionate individual, with an exciting track record of marketing led brand and business growth at the highest level. You are likely to have substantial experience working in blue chip brand building and innovation, with a clear sense that you are very much on a ‘high achieving’ journey, looking to your next move to impact significantly on your marketing career and profile. Potentially coming from client side, advertising agency or brand/marketing consultancy, you will have a variety of experience and an ability to apply your skills and competencies to any sector.

You will be a charismatic character with the courage and ideas to take risks and to experiment; a big personality. You’ll be someone who feels at ease engaging with clients at the highest level. You’ll need to have exceptional communication skills, with a real sensitivity to culture and organisation. Bright, charming, quick, persuasive and commercially savvy.
