Our client is a rapidly expanding strategic brand and marketing consultancy. Their expansion plans include hiring several brand consultants over the next 6 months.

Their positioning in the sector could be said to be iconic; they are renowned for the rigour of their strategic brand consultancy. To enable them to continue their success, they are now searching for candidates who can rapidly grow into the future partners of the business.

You will be given the opportunity to work on highly challenging strategic brand innovation, marketing strategy, and positioning projects, across leading fmcg and service brands and will be expected to deliver marketing workshops.

Our client’s work is strategic, fast paced and intellectually rigorous. As well as the thinking side there is a fair amount of quite academic desk research and analysis. They work with senior clients who expect to interact with the best and the brightest. We are looking for candidates from a leading University, preferably Oxbridge.

Facilitation, training, one to ones, workshops and presentations are all part of how they work. While junior consultants will initially take a supporting role, you will need to already possess the confidence and gravitas to interact with senior clients. More experienced consultants / project directors will be leading intellectually challenging projects with a high strategic content.

In addition to your basic, you will be on a 20% – 30% (of salary) additional profit share.
