Senior Innovation Leaders

This role will stretch even the most accomplished operator. We are looking for outstanding marketers with experience of consulting and/or client-side who can lead and inspire remarkable teams of creative individuals. Your aim will be to uncover and innovate new products and services whilst working with high level client teams. Initially your focus (for the first 18 months or so) will be around developing these programmes, however increasingly your role will become one of business leadership and management.

You will be passionate about generating new concepts, new ways of doing business. Highly curious by nature, you will thrive when working with senior client teams. We expect your experience will have been gained from within a leading brand company, planning or brand consultancy. You will be highly credible and persuasive, with the ability to take others with you and inspire them to stretch their minds and spot significant business growth opportunities. At this level, you will also be expected to identify and secure new business contracts so the ability to spot opportunities and sell in a consultative way is also critical to your success.
